All products are made and prepared with care. Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be produced, processed, and packaged.

Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery typically takes approximately 9–14 business days to arrive at your shipping address.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Profecy is not responsible or liable for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit, except where required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information to file a claim.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
